Custom-made insoles are tailor-made for your feet. Therefore, we need to conduct a detailed assessment to understand the condition of your feet before taking a foot mold.

Explain the assessment results.

Insole Fabrication
The foot mold are sent to our laboratory for fabricating processes.
Our technician fabricate insole according to the requirement and design of orthotist.
Orthotist check and ensure the quality and functionality.
Insole Fitting
- When the insoles ready, we will inform you and make appointment for fitting.
- Bring or wear the shoes that you usually wear are recommended.
- Insole fitting. Make adjustment or trim the insole if needed.
Follow-up service
Insole functions after wearing a period of time.
We will contact you to understand your foot conditions.
You can make the appointment to see the orthotist if needed.

How long it spend to tailor-made?
- It spends 10-14 working days.
Can children correct flatfeet by wearing custom-made insole?
- Flat feet are a phenomenon involving joint, muscle, and skeletal factors that lead to deviations in foot shape. The purpose of children wearing custom-made insoles are to prevent the deterioration of the shape. Exercise and wearing appropriate shoes can also help control flat feet.
What are the characteristics of your service?
- To take the foot mold, we will use computer scanning, thermoplastic or foam box, depend on the customer condition.
- We care every customers. We provide the regular follow-up service . We will contact you about 4-6 months once you got your custom-made insole.
What are the professional qualifications of the person who provide the assessment service?
We havethe professional orthotist (pedorthist),which qualified from HK Polytechnic university, certified from American board for Certification in orthotics and the instructor qualification of teaching foot bio-mechanics and clinical practice. And he will hold upthe talks about foot and spine, to educate and promote to the public
